Hello! I’m very excited to try out DigitalOcean to host my website. I created an account, entered my credit card information, and was immediately locked out of my account. I registered a support ticket on Sunday (6 days ago) [Ticket #3405864] which has had no response.
I understand Support is very busy, but 6 days is a long time to wait on a locked account. Is there any other way to contact Support besides tickets? How long can I expect to wait for a response?
