Lost email access

I am not receiving emails in G-suite because I’ve updated the domain records. I tried to access to DO control panel in order to update MX record. I entered my password correctly after that it asked me to enter the verification code that sent to my email and I am not able to receive any email so how can I solve this issue. Please help me

Hi @Saoud789,

It seems like you’ll need to contact Gmail about that problem. You most probably have some form of authentication there like a secret question or a phone number. That would be the best way to procceed it my understanding.

Another thing might be changing your nameservers with your domain registrar so that you at least have your DNS under control.
