I am going to launch a new site on Magento soon. I like the Digital Ocean as my hosting solution but the question is I am not a technical person. Can I launch, maintain and optimize hosting for the new site by myself using Digital Ocean or should I go with Cloud Ways which seem to offer more managed services and security updates?
Are they worth paying the extra money for what they offer?

If you’re not a technical person but you are willing to learn, there are a lot of resources available to you here. DigitalOcean provides a One-Click Magento install that will get you up and running fast with a base to build on. If you want to start from scratch, check out this tutorial:

Though DigitalOcean is unmanaged hosting, so there is definitely a certain level of technical required. Services like CloudWays definitely provide value. I’d love to hear from some of their users’ experiences.
