I have a Ubuntu 14.04 vps. I have a website etc on this server. But now it’s possible to view the folder like css and img. example: domain-name.com/css/ or domain-name.com/img/
How can I make this folders not visible for everybody?

You should be able to do this by disabling apache indexes for these directories. Create an .htaccess file in each of these directories with the text
