Dear people of the Digital Ocean community,
I bought a Digital Ocean 2 days ago. I am running a minecraft server on it, for developing of plugins. So sometimes it’s crashing, it says I have not very much Ram. I have a server with 1 GB ram,my minecraft server show this on my screen error: Click start code: Click Can a add more ram to a Java run? Greets. Tom Rusticus

Try adding some swap space to your droplet:
It should help prevent your server from completely running out of memory.

Well, my first suggestion would be to add SWAP to your Droplet. You can see how to do that here:

I won’t recommend more than a GB of SWAP to be added.
Regarding priority, you can’t simply just do that, other services also require RAM so you’ll need to make there is enough for everybody so to say, otherwise your Droplet will start killing processes.
As such, try with the SWAP and if that doesn’t work, I’ll suggest upgrading to the next plan.
