And when I try to raise a support ticket for it, every time I raise a support ticket I will receive an automatical email tell me my account been blocked and not able to unlock and no one try to assistant me on what happened, My account has been used for more than 3 years and service for internal only, what happened to digitalocean to lock my account???

yes, ticket number 03286726, 03286790, 03286766, each time I raise a ticket request, I will automatically receive an email saying “Your account was found to match patterns associated with fraudulent behavior, which is a violation of our Terms of Service. After review, we have determined that restoring access to your account is not possible.” each time is like that and no one attend my ticket, I did nothing change on my droplets recently except last week create a blockchain node for API test.
