What is the reason for this report?

My bill shows 5 snapshots yet only one is listed on my dashboard.

My bill shows (and charges for) 5 snapshots 4 of which are “ghosts”. As far as I was aware I only had one snapshot and that the others had been deleted and that they were no longer available because my dashboard only shows Bell-1595577941915. They look like they might be from a previous server, is this the case and if so why?
