When I added my new domain in droplet I got name server like “ns1.digitalocean.com.” “ns2.digitalocean.com.” and " “ns3.digitalocean.com.” but my domain registrar not allowing me to use “dot” at the end or name server.
what should I do now? can I add name server without dots?
My Zone file is created like this:
$ORIGIN mydomain.com.
mydomain.com. 1800 IN NS ns1.digitalocean.com. mydomain.com. 1800 IN NS ns2.digitalocean.com. mydomain.com. 1800 IN NS ns3.digitalocean.com.

simply add nameserver record without (.)dot at the end. many registar dont required the nameserver with a dot at the end.
It depends. It’s totally up to your registrar, their website, what kind of input it accepts, and how it works. I could start a registrar and require everyone to enter their nameservers upside-down, backwards and transliterated to Cyrillic. It would be ridiculous, but i could.
Read the registrar’s documentation. It should show how to change nameservers, and hopefully give examples.
If the documentation is unclear, and the site won’t accept trailing dots, try entering the data without trailing dots. Either it will work right or it won’t, and then you’ll know.
