What is the reason for this report?

My droplet is down for more than a day

Hi, Digitalocean have dozens of millions of investments and they cant offer a 24\7 support at a hosting?! This is ridiculous! I have been facing an issue that my droplet is down for more than a day now. I cannot turn it on, nor connecting to it from my terminal. I have been contacting the support but it takes hours and All I get is generic answers like I am talking to a robot. Does anyone have a clear answer to this ? Ticket :#03168223
