My droplet is powered off without my notification, now it does not power on!

I open up my dashboard, it seems like my droplet was powered off an hour ago, and since then it is being powered on, but it just keeps spinning.

I can take no action.

I can do nothing.

I can reach out to no one. No support ticket is getting a response.

What the hell is this?

Default payment was my Turkish credit card and now it’s not auto paying for no reason check that first they have a very slow speed with clearing support tickets but auto replies. Good luck!
