I had a big increase in my traffic and the server is down. An 500 error appears in site. How can I solve this?
Thanks!

Hi,
My programmer is on holiday so I am totally lost. I have no idea what you explained. Is there a way to fix this if I am not technical? Thank you!
Regards, Monica
Hi there @Everuse,
If you are running Apache webserver I would recommend following these steps here on how to troubleshoot common Apache problems:

Another thing that I could suggest is using a CDN like Cloudflare, that way it would cache some of your content and reduce the overall load on your server.
Let me know how it goes! Regards, Bobby
Did you even read my message? I know nothing about code… It’s like speaking to a robot and asking if they speak English but then being answered in code. Thanks for nothing. I will figure it out elsewhere and I’ll be switching to a different server right away.
