mysql database is not connecting remotely..

Current actual abc mysql database is running on B Server, we have build this server because abc database on old A mysql Server is not working so we have build this DB on this new Server B.

client is asking they want to run their applications in A server. Now all their applications are in B

Now i have take sqldump from server b and imported to A…

i asked them to TEST from A now i got this error

We are getting the below error.
