As I have read those solutions that provided by other user,
Adding swap Modify mysql innodb Modify max connection Upgrade to mariadb
None of this works, Im using 512MB droplet, and it keep constantly taking my swap memory very quickly, I earlier assigned 4gb swap, i thought should be enough, eventually after a day, it is all used up, then I upgrade it further to 8GB, now it has already used 3gb. Any other solutions can help resolve this issue? I’m pretty sure it is MYSQL that is causing the problem

You actually need to tune MySQL to use less memory ( in /etc/my.cnf ). If it’s using up 4+GB of swap, you should consider upgrading to a larger droplet too.
Add swap, monitor for banned iP’s, upgrade droplet:
## Edit /etc/my.cnf, and add the following line under the [mysqld] heading.
[mysqld]
innodb_buffer_pool_size=64M
Then restart: $ service mysql restart
