I reside in a place where the government does not allow international payments through credit cards. This is to keep proper check-n-balance and taxation. We have so far been paying through friends and families residing in the US. The only available option for me is to make payments through bank transfers (SWIFT). Hope Digitalocean can make special considerations to this case. Thanks.

I live in Canada and I have used a FINTECH called TRANSFERWISE to successfully transfer money to countries like Columbia and Peru. Their fees are reasonable. Hope this helps.
Hey @KMShrimp,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Please reach out to our amazing support team who will be more than happy to assist you with your account issue! :)
Hope that helps! - Alex.
