Need to get into account without accessing verification code from email. Support are not answering
My credit card has expired and so our servers are down. I have the login and password but can’t get into the account to update it because of the (new?) requirement for email verification. We no longer have access to the domain for that email so I can’t get in and can’t reinstate it.
I have raised a support ticket (Ticket #701496) and been told that I need to access the email or say goodbye to my servers. But I have since provided a range of evidence that this server/account is ours, as it seems ridiculous that you can’t get around the email verification when someone is just trying to provide a valid credit card. It would be very nice of me to be attaching my credit card to someone else’s account. I have also provided evidence of owning the domains that the server is on and can provide credit card details of the expired credit card.
It is very frustrating not to be able to talk to someone and just sort this out. It is taking hours to get replies to my queries, and the last ones have now been ignored for over 24 hours. WE NEED OUR SERVERS BACK - PLEASE HELP US!!!
Your support pages say to raise a support ticket if having trouble getting into account. The support response needs to be more than “sorry, bad luck, good bye”!!
