New Kernel not on the dropdown list.

Posted on April 22, 2015

Hey Everybody,

I just upgraded (smoothly) from Ubuntu 12.04 to 14.04 and was about to upgrade my kernel to the one downloaded during the process. Currently I have the Ubuntu 12.04.3 Server i386 vmlinuz-3.8.0-29-generic kernel running and was hoping to upgrade to 3.13.0-49-generic (the one I have downloaded). It, however, is not showing up on the Settings -> Kernel dropdown list in the DO control panel. Is this one just too new, or am I missing something?

Cheers!
