How do i set up a newsletter service on my Digital Ocean Server? Also is there any limit on the amount of email which can be sent in a day?

There are a few software solutions for running a newsletter service including mailman. I would strongly recommend using a provider like sendgrid, mailchimp or another provider who specializes in email however as maintaining and administering email services can be incredibly complex and unfortunately are not usually things you can set up and forget.
