Myself and my business partner have not been able to access his Digital Ocean account or his load any of his websites since Friday.
None of our emails have been responded to. There was an issue on the account that was said to have been solved weeks ago, and I have a ticket number to provide which you can use to find the conversation where this issue was resolved.
Please help us solve this issue. We don’t want to lose over 2-years worth of work. I’ve already emailed 3 times, and my business partner has emailed once.
