What is the reason for this report?

No verification email, submission form broken and zero response to support emails for 6 hours.

I am trying content with backend team from the last 6 hours. No one answering my ticket so I am doing this. My server goes down due to auto credit card payment fail. So I am trying to log in but verification emails are not coming to my GoDaddy email account. My email is info@programmingbiters.com

Can you please have a look and make this system proper to the client like me. if you can’t provide proper support then let me know so I can move it to another provider.
