Not able to access a particular external link from my droplet. The same link can be accessed from my local machine.

I tried to access the API of my payment gateway service provider from my server. But every time I am getting connection timeout. But the same API can be connected and accessed from my local machine.

If you are able to reach other URLs normally I would reach out to this payment provider to check if they are blocking your IP or IP range for any reason.
Can you reach other URLs on the same domain from your droplet?
