One of the biggest Russian clouds is going down on August 1st 2013

Russian "Scalaxy" cloud hosting is closing on first August, so get prepared for a rush from russian clients, I think AMS platform will be the most requested, at least I'm moving 10 servers. I'm a bit worried about network connectivity and decided to make some speed tests. Fetching from most russian servers I'm able to fetch only at average 20-40 mbit/s which is too slow, while some servers gives 350-500 mbit/s so I think it depends on routing mostly, but probably can be improved, latency is always around 50ms which is ok. My current score is 3+ out of 5. How would you rate connectivity to russian segments?
