Hello I signed up for the $100 free credit. I entered my virtual cc (I have a virtual card offered by my bank for safer online shopping.)
and it won’t work after 5 retries I gave up. I spent $5 anyway in PayPal but after a couple of hours I tried it again and DigitalOcean accepted my card.
Question: Does DigitalOcean accepts a virtual card after linking a PayPal account?
