Hi,
I paid 100$ through Paypal and have the confirmation from Paypal that it went through. My account has not been credited though (it does have a credit card linked to it). Please can I sort this out ASAP since I need to get something online today.

This is just an update on an older topic in case someone do stumble upon it:
Usually, in order to get your Free Trial/Github Studen Pack credit, you need to add a valid payment method, that’s all. It should appear in your Control Panel in the Billing Section. If you’ve added a valid payment method (Paypal, a payment card, etc.) you should get the credit. Having said that, if you’ve not added the Payment method the best possible way forward would be to contact DigitalOcean’s Support.

Hello there,
When using PayPal, your account balance will update after your payment is processed, which often takes several hours due to PayPal’s processing. PayPal also sometimes holds payments for up to 72 hours, meaning PayPal has received your money but hasn’t sent it to us yet, but the payment will still apply once PayPal releases it.
