good day im in urgent need of help
i have my ubuntu20 droplet environment setup with virtualmin, after installing phpmyadmin via terminal cant seem to get the page to display properly it is set but whenever i visit the page it shows bear php text meanwhile my other web pages run php files smoothly … but i cant get it to do the same with phpmyadmin

Fully agree with what @KFSys mentioned. As a side note and in general, I would suggest installing PHPmyAdmin manually rather than directly via apt to avoid such configuration problems.

It seems like this issue might be related to your configuration. To be more precise, your Apache configuration file for phpMyAdmin. Can you please provide the config file here so that we can see if anything needs to be edited in order for the app to work as intended?
Usually, this file is located here :
/etc/apache2/conf-available/phpmyadmin.conf
