One week ago i have opened a ticket because one of my team accounts is blocked and nobody answer to me yet, what is the problem? I need a solution. The ticket is [#02669840]
My client is waiting for me and I can’t say anything because of you! please answer to me!

  • Unfortunately the people answering these questions are not DO employees, but this is useful in letting us know of potential issues. I ask that when the issue is resolved, you answer the question with how long it took them to fix it, and why the issue occurred in the first place

Unfortunately, as a community there isn’t really anything more we can do to help with your situation as we aren’t employees of DigitalOcean. All I can suggest is that you sit tight and wait for a response from the team. It may be worth sending a single reply (as it has already been a week) to ensure that your ticket hasn’t been completely lost and to see if the DO team have any updates for you :)
