My droplets are in data center Singapore. If an event Singapore data center is down or destroyed, please describe your Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan with regards to this situation.

DigitalOcean provides customers with the flexibility of setting up resources in distinct geographies as well as often multiple datacenters in a single geography which are all labelled during the creation process.
We do not provide multi-datacenter recovery as that is up to the customer to setup. So if you want a multi-datacenter recovery plan you would need to spin up resources in multiple datacenters and then handle the syncing between them on your own.
