Plesk Backup to Digital Ocean Space has it become paid?

Posted on January 27, 2020

Hello, in the past I had successfully activated the saving of the scheduled backup of plesk on Spaces of Digital Ocean, today I went to impotarlo again but a message comes out that says:

“Storing scheduled subscription backups in a remote cloud storage is a premium feature. Buy Now”

Has anything changed? This functionality was very useful for us, now we should create our own procedure to make this type of backup, do you know if there is a ready made alternative solution?

Thanks Matteo Alderighi H&T srl

Hello,

Yes, I believe that there has been a change at Pleks’ end.

According to this discussion here on the Plesk Forum after some recent Plesk upgrades they have made this option a Premium feature of their extension:

Ability to store scheduled subscription’s backups in a remote cloud storage. You can purchase it from the Plesk Online Store (a single purchase unlocks the ability to use all cloud storages).

Regards, Bobby

Hi Bobby, actually I solved it, I discovered that the first backup schedule is included while the following ones are blocked and you need to buy the additional extension.
