I want to point myunifi.me to 204.48.23.123:8443. I have used A names to point to IP address but how can I point it to that specific port?

You can’t point your Domain to a specific port from your DNS. You’ll need to use a WebService like Apache or Nginx and do a proxy to a specific port.
For such cases, please tend to use Nginx more than Apache so I’ll provide you with an tutorial which can help you do so using Nginx. First here is a tutorial on how to install Nginx :
