I got this message after trying to start the rails server…
Is the server running locally and accepting
connections on Unix domain socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?
I have tried many many solutions, but noone really worked.
I believe it has something to do with the way Digitalocean has created the default application with Ruby/Postgres and Nginx+Unicorn
