Hi, I am wondering if I would be able to use this hosting package for VoIP as well as web, ie Ventrilo, Mumble or TeamSpeak.

Of course! With DigitalOcean you get an unmanaged Linux VPS. This means anything that will run on Linux, you can run on DigitalOcean.

Don’t see any reason why not.

I don’t think its against their TOS and their servers are definitely capable.
