In case that anyone comes across this in 2023, uProxy was an extension for Chrome and Firefox which allowed users to access the internet via a web proxy.
However this project has been superseded by Outline VPN.
Instead what you could do is to use an OpenVPN server instead. You can install it with 1-Click using this Marketplace image here:
