Does DO give you access to the full server your purchase? Kinda like through Remote Desktop Connection?
I always connect with servers through my default installed RDC program that comes with windows 8.1.
Or is it through another way?

Yes, you have full access to the server you purchase, but just to clarify that DO’s Cloud Servers are just Linux based OS so RDC will not work. If you are using Windows OS you’ll need to use a SSH client like Putty. If you are looking for a Windows Cloud Server you’ll need to look for another provider.
