I’m the owner of https://www.ggorqq.com Before moving to DO we had 3 seconds max page load times and currently only server response time is 2.5 - 3 seconds and page loads in 8-10 . I’ve checked everything regarding to Apache2, Mysql and PHP with no luck. We are running on Centos 7, Cpanel with Apache2.
I’m %99 sure that the issue is with DO servers. Is there anything am I missing ?

According to that report your web page is over 3.5 MB, uses un-optmized images and query strings on static assets which could prevent them from being cached. Have you taken any steps to optimize your Apache configuration? If so, can you share your configuration files so we can see your current configuration?
