Hi,

I emailed a referral recommendation to a friend who wants to open an account. They did not receive the email (seems odd).

I then sent a referral link for them to sign up. I am hoping that works as expected. If you know why the email did not work, it would be great to know the details.

Hi there @jdhaas,

It sounds like that your friend’s email filter might have filtered the referral email and put it under a specific folder or spam. I would recommend asking your friend to check their email filters and also their spam box to make sure that the email is not there.

To prevent this in the future I would recommend asking your friend to whitelist your email address.
