I’m new to DO and right after entering the payment method using my credit card, my DO account was locked. I did opening a support ticket and received this response:
Ticket ID: #04269871 *Hello,
Your account was found to match patterns associated with fraudulent behavior, which is a violation of our Terms of Service. After review, we have determined that restoring access to your account is not possible.*
Wow, you guys surely left me a very bad impression at the first experience. I DO NOT like the way you saved my card details and locked me from using your services.

We’re facing same issue. We created a Ticket (#4261527) on the 13th December, but have still not received any support on this matter. The ticket was closed without any feedback and we just reopened it again. Can you please have your team to check up on this?
