Requesting for a droplet transfer

I have been requesting a droplet transfer, but I do not receive any mail, so we can not move ahead with it.
Can you help ?

I assume you’ve followed our tutorial for transferring Snapshot between accounts,

You might be interested in setting up a Team Account so that you can easily create droplets under your client’s account while they manage everything else such as billing: Team Accounts: Share Resources Not Passwords.

      As the tutorials follows, you do not receive an email or control panel notification if someone requests to transfer a snapshot to your account. The sender should notify you directly.

      To respond to a snapshot transfer request, log in to the account to which the image was transferred and, if necessary, switch to the specific team. Then, in the main navigation click Images and visit the Snapshots tab. A Pending Transfer section appears.
