What is the reason for this report?

Root Password Reset

Hello guys, have reset my password, twice now and yes I do receive the temporary password in my email.

so I click on the Launch Console, I type in my username (root) name and enter the new mailed password, then I was asked to change the password, after that, I was asked to login in again but this time when I enter my new type password, its say incorrect

Please what do i do??

Have been able to solve this, what I did to make it work, I don’t know.

This sounds weird indeed, but I’m glad that you’ve sorted this.

When you reset the root password of your droplet you can try to manually type the password in the console or in your ssh-client in order to make sure that you’re not copying any blank characters along with the password.
