Running a web-based video game on a droplet

First, I’d like to explain my project. I have hired a group of developers to implement one game for me (using Unity) and run it on different platforms. What we have for the first phase of the project is a web-based version, in WebGL, for pre-launch. I need to run it in a place where I could be prepared almost instantly, with no problems, if traffic increases. So I need a web page, blog, landing page, etc. I already created a droplet, now I realize that maybe the only droplet I need is the wordpress droplet, and I need to cancel the previous one (I think), I’m not sure. What would be the best way to go? Thank you all! Luis

Hello, @SIGames Luis

Could you please let me know if you refer to the WordPress one-click install droplet available from the marketplace - ?

You can always spin up a new droplet and cancel/destroy any existing droplets at any time. I will highly recommend to create a snapshot or backup of the droplet and to download it locally in case you’ve made some custom changes on the droplet (designed the site or started the website development) that you might need in the future.

The process is really simple you just spin up the new droplet and then cancel the current one.

Hope this helps!
