Scale droplet geographically

We are running a SaaS on a Centos7 server (located in Amsterdam) with Django and Postgres. Most of our customers has so far been located in Europe, but more and more are coming from Asia. The thing is that the the loading times from Asia is quite slow, and therefor we thinking about how to solve this. Is it possible to have a new droplet in Asia and somehow mirror that one to the “origin” in Amsterdam? Is there any quick way to do this?

Thanks for the tutorial. My concern is more how to handle the practicalities; if my origin is in Europe - should I then just clone that one to a new droplet in say Singapore? And should they still be connected to the same database (I guess that is up to me :))? And when I release new production releses I need to fetch those on each server or is there any automated way to manage that as well?

I’m not sure what you want to mirror - are you asking if you can replicate your database in another region/on another server? Or are you hoping to have load-balancing that targets traffic from different regions?
