Hi. I have a droplet with sentora, the problem I have is that when sending an email this arrives in the spam box (I did the tests of sending mails to gmail and Outlook). I have configured the DNS of the Digital Ocean as follows
A - mail - IP - 3600TTL MX - mail.dominio.com - 10 - 3600TTL TXT - dominio.com - v=spf1 mx ~all - 3600TTL
I also use the NS of digital ocean ns1.digitalocean.com ns2.digitalocean.com ns3.digitalocean.com
I made the same setting in the DNS Manager for the sentora.
I hope you can help me. Thank you

Hi @jackch
There’s no reason to have the settings in Sentora also, since you’re using DigitalOcean’s name servers, so it should be enough to have the configuration there.
Have you set your PTR (reverse DNS)? It should be mail.dominio.com
https://cloud.digitalocean.com/networking/ptr
It takes time to setup a good configuration, so you don’t end up in spam folders - it would be recommended that you setup DKIM too (not sure if that’s a feature in Sentora).
