Snapshot while powered on

Hello,

I was going through your user voice articles, and there I found one

DO staff reply was that you already have rolled out the feature in Singapore region.

I am having one of my server running there and I just checked, I don’t see any option in control panel to take snapshot while the droplet is powered on !!

Please shade some light on this issue.

Hey there,

Currently, you can enable backups which run weekly and while the Droplet is powered on. Snapshots still require the Droplet to be powered off. It is possible to convert a backup image into a snapshot image through the Image page in the control panel.
