Hello,
Thanks in advance (hopefully!) for reading this.
Basically, I followed this guide: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-set-up-apache-with-a-free-signed-ssl-certificate-on-a-vps
and my site gives (using Google Chrome error messages here) the error: "SSL connection error
Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don’t have. Error code: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR"
I’m really stumped, and have re-read everything and triply checked things, to no avail.
My domain is bay-a.co.uk (you’ll see HTTP works).
I’ve got ufw enabled, but 443 is open like 80.
I’ve done all editing in the tutorial I pasted above, but it’s just refusing to work!
Any more detail that’s needed can be provided - and thanks in advance.
Lloyd
