What is the reason for this report?

Submitted a ticket four days ago, no response

I’m not really sure where to turn with this. I’ve seen DO respond to community questions like this, so maybe an employee will see it. I submitted a ticket four days ago (#3621451) and haven’t received a response. I thought maybe there was some issue with the ticket system, so I submitted another one yesterday (#3626122). Haven’t gotten a response to that one either.

I’ve never had this happen with another cloud service provider. Is this normal for DO? Does anyone know some way to get DO support’s attention to get a response to a ticket?
