What is the reason for this report?

This site can’t be reached Nodejs backend server

I had my drop up and running previously with a nodejs backend with domain example.com. But recently needed to host another nodejs back end under a new subdomain - api1.example.com. After the configuration I can longer access both sites I am getting this error This site can’t be reached. Please someone should help me. I am newbie
