Ticket Digital Ocean 2 Days Without Response! EMERGENCY

Ports 80 and 443 (http and https) are closed by DigitalOcean

. Last Monday I was a victim of a phishing attack on my server, they injected some malicious files in more than 200 sites and the IP was reported for network abuse, now DigitalOcean closed my ports 80 and 443, I have many distressed clients, I already repaired all the archives of all the sites, from an automatic backups, it was a hard work, but now DigitalOcean takes a long time to respond (over 2 days), I sent 5 Tickets! [Ticket #3270467] [#03268603] [#03263716] [#03267107] and [#03269092]. My clients do not stop calling me, they do not realize that the delays in their support delay my business operation and that of my clients, apart from the delays, DigitalOcean are making money, since I must keep the backup server on air to transfer the clean files, a recent previous copy of the attack, and another Droplet with a clean CentOS installation to send all the information on a new server I am Very disappointed with DigitalOcean, it has brought me many problems, it does not solve them, and apart from that it makes me lose a lot of money, since if they take more time to solve the problem, they make more profits keeping their famous droplets and backups on air, I am looking to migrate to another company, I am too disappointed, the tickets do not respond, via facebook or twitter. I’m desperate, I don’t know what to do.
