You need to create a ticket with Support via the control panel or through this form:
https://www.digitalocean.com/company/contact/

It takes up to one day to get your account verified. Usually verification is only required when payment is done with PayPal or there’s a mismatch between credit card and contact information.

Meh, I’ve been under review for 1 month, and I don’t remember how much or have I ever put money in here. Just use VULTR as the better alternative
