When attempting to access the wordpress admin area I am presented with this message. Im sure I set this password at sometime but I am not sure what it is or how to reset it. Any ideas? Thanks for reading! Can’t wait to get back to work :)

Could you check your htaccess file for a line containing “require valid-user”? That might be one of the causes.
The htaccess file should be in your domain root folder / wordpress install folder.
