Hello
If you use Windows, have you tried connecting using the “ssh root@[your IP]” command from powershell?

It would be more helpful if you provide data such as the S.O and the tests you have already done so that the person who can answer you, knows better what works and what does not.

Have your tried more? Maybe it’s locked for few hours, try to whitelist your IP and try again
