Hello,
I cannot access my server. I reseted the root password, rebooted the server and tried from another network too (and another client) but it still not works.
Any idea? The support system is not very helpful.

I cannot access from the console in the control panel too :(
I already opened a ticket.
You can try accessing your droplet via the console in the control panel. This is not dependent on the ssh service. If you are unable to resolve the issues from there I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team so the can investigate.
