What is the reason for this report?

Unable to reach to the created domain.

Hi,

I have just created MatterMost from the public market store on DO. I have configured the domain but unable to login.

Kindly advise as I have a domain registered from GoDaddy. Is there anything else I need to do to reach to the site from external?

The registered domain is: dutechpoc.com

Hi there @atavurrahaman,

You would need to either edit your DNS zone via your GoDaddy account and set your A record to point to your DigitalOcean Droplet IP address.

Or you would need to change your Domain name Nameservers to the DigitalOcean Nameservers:

Once you’ve then changed your Nameservers, you will be able to manage your DNS zone via your DigitalOcean control panel and update your A record through there.
